Äntligen är det ordnat med kurserna jag är antagen till efter många tusen extrahandsval eftersom de allra flesta av de kurser jag sökt var fulla. Väl på plats kan man ofta lyckas fixa in sig på dessa kurser ändå genom att prata med professorn i kursen eller om någon hoppar av, så eventuellt byter jag någon kurs senare men det känns inte viktigt för de här kurserna känner jag mig ganska nöjd med:

• Business writing - introduces the strategies, processes, and resources necessary for writers in business and professional contexts. Students practice informative and analytical business genres while gaining expertise in research, writing, and revision.
• International business transactions - Legal issues in international trade, licensing, and investment; limitations affecting movement of goods and flow of capital; organization, financing, and protection of international business; contract negotiation and dispute resolution and foreign investment.
• Conflict of law - The law relating to transactions with elements in more than one state or nation, jurisdiction of courts and enforcement of foreign judgments, choice of law problems, constitutional issues, and the theoretical basis of choice of law, including an introduction to the problems of renvoi and characterization.
• Introduction to the American legal system
• Introduction to Sociology - The fundamental concepts of sociology; foundations of group life; social change, processes, and problems.
